Oliver Homes, LLC is a family-run remodeling company based in Lebanon, Ohio. We're a second-generation tile family — Dad spent 30 years in the trade — and the owner personally estimates and oversees every job.
That hands-on background covers bathrooms, tile, flooring, drywall, framing, roofing, additions and garages, basements, and concrete and foundations. Every project is measured from the actual space and priced in a clear written scope before work starts, so the numbers are real numbers. Tile work is handled by our sister company, Oliver Tile of Ohio.

Do I have to handle the insurance adjuster myself?
No. Once you've opened the claim, we can meet with the adjuster, walk the damage, and go over the repair scope directly with them. You stay informed and make the final decisions, but you don't have to manage the back-and-forth.
